(1) No certificate required by any Act from any veterinary Practitioner or Veterinary officer shall be valid unless the person signing the certificate shall have been registered under this Act. (2) No prescription by a Veterinary Practitioner or Veterinary Officer shall be disposed of by chemists unless the person prescribing the prescription shall have been registered under this Act. (3) No person shall be qualified to give evidence as an expert under Section 45 of the Indian Evidence Act, 1872 on any matter relating to Veterinary Science, unless the said person shall have been registered under this Act.
