The Council shall have power to call on the Governing body or authorities of any Veterinary Faculty/Agriculture University, included in or desirous of being included in the Schedule ; (a) to furnish such reports, returns or other information as the Council may require to enable it to judge the efficiency of the instruction given therein ; and (b) to provide facilities to enable a member of the Council deputed by the Council in this behalf to be present at the examination held by such University/College.
