If a person whose name is no t entered in the unregistered register of Veterinary Practitioners falsely pretends th at it person r t cPr®‘is so entered or uses in connection with his name or title he" is^regis- any words or letter representing that his name is so entered, tered. he shall, whether any person is actually deceived by such representation or not, be punishable, on conviction by a Magistrate of the first class, with fine which may extend to three hundred rupees.
