(J This Act may be called the Assam enture Mad{assa ducational Institutions' (Provincialisanorifs Clf 8ervi~) (Amendment) Act, 2013. (2) (3) .It'shall have the like extent as principal Act. .~. . It shall be deemed to have come into force on and from $e 21st day of [anaary, 2012 save and except section 2 which shall come into force on such dare as may be appointed by the State Government by notification in the Official Gazette under sub-section(3) of section 1 of the principal Act. Amendment of
