(i) for the existing provisions of sub section (1), the following shall be substituted, namely :— THE ASSAM GAZETTE. EXTRAORDINARY MaY 6, 1994 743 “ (1) On receiving the plan and the Zoning Regulation from the Director, the State Government shall have them, as soon as may be, published in the manner prescribed giving wide and sufficient publi city in the locality inviting public opinion and objection, if any, to be submitted within a period of not more than two months from the date of such publication;” (ii) after sub-section (2), the following shall be inserted as sub-section (3), namely “(3) copy of the plan and the Zoning Regulation shall be supplied to the public on payment of such fees as may be pres cribed.” K.
