In section 74 of the principal Act, in sub¢sec~. of Section 74 ‘ - . . of Auam Act tion] (1) after clause (v1): the followmg shall be inserted II of 1960. as c ause (v11), namely .—- “(vii) time and place and transaction of business of the meetings of the Authority.”
