Preparation o f M aster Plan.—A Master Plan hereinafter referred to as “Plan” in this Act for the development of any area within the State which the State Government may consider necessary, shall be drawn up by the Director in consultation with the local authority/authorities concerned and submitted to the ’State Government for examination and approval.
