Disposing of land.—Subject to the rules made under this A and with the previous sanctioi 8 cf the State Govemrent, the Authority n retain, lease, exchange ©r otherwise, transfer any land acquired by it urn this A ct: Provided that in case of lease or transfer the owner will get first pric ty, if due to acquisition he becomes landless.
