The Government may, by an order in writi11.r, ~!rt:1i.~a tramfer the undertaking acquired under this Act to the te Board. Board on such terms and conditions, as may be speci- fied therein, and on such transfer the undertaking together with all assets, liabilities, rights and obliga- tions which by virtue of this Act have devolved on the Government, shall thereupon vest and devolve on the Board. or• s s
