No suit, prosecution or other legal procee- ding shall lie against the Government or the Board or any employee of the Government or the Board or the Special Officer appointed under section 10, acting under the direction of the Government or the Board or aiding or assisting the Government or the Board or an employee of the Government or the Board, in respect of anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or any rule or order made thereunder.
