(1) This Act may be called the Tinsukia an;:l Dibrugarh Electric Sup?lY _ Undertaa:ings (Acquisition) Act, 1973. (2) It extends 'o the whole of the State of Assam. (3) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 27th day of September, 1972. Dei~itions
