(1) Where a draft record-of-rights has been publication, pr e pa red, the Settlem ent Officer shall publish the amTfinal11* draft in the prescribed manner and for tne prescribed publication period, and shall receive and consider any objections of record- which may be made to any entry therein, or to of-rights. any omission therefrom, during the period of publication. 12) Where such objections have been considered and disposed of according to such rules as the State Government may make, the Settlement Officer shall finally fram e the record and shall cause it to be finally published in the prescribed manner and the publication shall be conclusive evidence that the record has been duly made under this Chapter.
