(I) An appeal, if presented within two Appeal to months from the date of the order appealed against, jV1 r(jvi' shall lie to the Deputy Commissioner Irom every superior y order passed by a Revenue Officer prior to the final authorities publication of the record-of-rights on any objection made. The orders of the Deputy Commissioner shall, subject to the following sub-section, be final. (2) The [State Government]! may in any case, on application or of its own motion, direct the revision of any record-of-rights or any portion of a record-of- righ ts : Provided that no such direction shall be made • until reasonble notice has been given to the parties concerned to appear and be heard in the matter.
