Every tenant shall be bound to attend and Landlord’s point out the boundaries of all lands held by him r iSh t to under his landlord and the landlord may subject to fend* V rc the provisions of this section and any contract, perso nally or by agent, enter on and measure all such lands 40 .1 Provided that such measurements shall not, with out a written order of the Revenue Co urt, take place oftener than once in five years except in the following cases, namely :— (a) Where the landlord is a purchase r other wise than by a voluntary transfer and not more than two years have elapsed since the date of his entry under the purchase, or (/;) where the are a of the tenancy is liable by reason of alluvion, diluvion or any other cause, to vary from year to year. (2) The Court may cause a notice to be served on such person or ten ant requiring him to show cause why the order applied for sh mid not be made and if the person or tenant (as the case may be) fails to show cause or if the cause shown is in the opinion of of the Court, unsatisfactory, the Court m ay make the order. (3) If the tenant refuses or neglects to comply with the order, a map or other record of the bounda ries and measurements of the land prepared under the direction of the landlord at time when the tenant was directed to attend, shall be presumed to be cor rect until the contrary is shown. 41 £
