(1) This Act may extent and (Temporarily Settled Areas) Tenancy (Amendment) commence- A c t , j 9 7 4 . ment. (2) It shall have the like extent as the principal Act. Restoration of possession to tenant or un der tenant ejected or whose culti vation is prevented. (3) It shall come into force at once.
