in sub-section (2), the figure ”500” appearing in the last line between the words '’Rupees” and "per month” shall be substituted by the figure "1600”. (2) For sub-section (10), the following shall be substituted, namely— "(10) "Wages” means wages as defi ned in Section 2(h) of the Minimum Wages Act, 1948 (Act II of 1948) or such wages/salaries as settled by any agree- ment/bilateral agreement between th® management and the employees”.
