In the principal Act, in the first proviso to subjection (5) of Section 3A the words “and December” in between the words “June” and “ev<ry year” shall be deleted; and in the second proviso the word “months” in between the words “for the” and “aforesaid” shall be substituted by the word “month” and the words “or months” occurring subse quently in between the words “month” and “with” shall be deleted.
