In the principal Act, in sub-section (3) of section 3A clauses (a), (b) and .(c) shall be substituted by the following clauses respectively. . <!(a) Employer’s contribution shall be st such rates as the Government may prescribe from time to time by a notification in the Official Gazette, but the Employer’s rate of contribution shall not be less than two rupees per employee (temporary & permanent) and payable as on the 30th June every year :: THE ASSAM GAZETTE.
