M embers o f Board, Welfare C om m issioner, Inspectors and all officers and servants of Board to be public servants.—The members of the Board, the Welfare Gommissioner, Inspector and all officers and servants of the Board shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code, I860 (Act 45 of 1860).
