Whereas it is expedient furth~r to amend tht: Assam Taxation (Liquidation of Arrear Dues) Ad, 2005. hereinafter refend to as the principal Act, in the manner hereinafter appearing; It is hereby enacted in the Fifty-eighth Year of Ri;public oflndia as follows:- I.
