allowances for attending the meeting of the cominittee by the co- opted person under sub-section (3) of section 8 of the Act; other matters under clause (vi) of sfib—section (3) of section 10 of the Act; the form in which the annual statement of account shall be maintained under sub-section (1) of section 12 of the Act; the form in and the time at which the annual report shall be prepared under section 13 of the Act; any other matter which is required to be, or may be prescribed. If any dispute arises as to the interpretation of any"of the provisions of the Act, the interpretation given by the State Government shall be final and binding to all concemed.
