(4) A copy of the report submitted to the Governor shall be submitted to the Central Vigilance Commission. CHAPTER V MISCELLANEOUS No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Commission, the State Chief Vigilance Commissioner, any Vigilance Commissioner, the Secretary or against any staff of the Commission in respect of anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act.
