In section 2 of the principal Act,— in ert of section 2 of (1) after the word “hereto” occurring at the Assam Act end, the punctuation “ ( . )” shall be deleted °’ and the words “in so far as it is an office of profit under the S tate Government” followed by the punctuation “ ( . )” shall be added ; (2) in the Schedule, after item number 6, the fo ! lowing shall be inserted ai item num ber 6A, namely:— “ 6 A. Any office held by a Minister, Minister of Sta te, Deputy Minister or Parliamentary Secretary for the State of Assam” AGP (Leg) 14 /70-1,50 0—30-7-70.
