In the Schedule to the principal Act, after item 6, new items in the following items shall be inserted, namely :— the Schedule to the Prin- Th e office of Chairm an, Vice-Chairm an or members of any Committee, Board or authority appointed by the Government of India or the Government of any State specified in the First Schedule to the constitution of India.
