Schemes, area m e tate to which this Act extends, nor any 16 Housing Scheme made under this Act contain anything which is inconsistent with any of the matters included in a Town Planning Scheme sanctioned by the State Government under the Assam Town and Country Planning Act, 1959 or in any town planning scheme duly made by or under any corresponding law for the time being in force. (2) If any dispute arises,whether a housing scheme made under this Act includes any area included in an improvement scheme sanctioned under any such enact- ment as aforesaid or contains anything inconsistent wiith any matter included in Town planning Scheme sanctioned under the Assam Tovln and Country Plan- ning Act, 1959 or in any Town Planning Scheme duly made by or under any corresponding law for the time being in force, the decision of the State Government shall be final.
