Every rule and every reguJadon made under this Act shall be laid. as soon as may be after they are made. laid before the Assam Legislative Assembly, while it is session for a total period of fourteen days which may be comprised in one session or in two or more successive sessions. and if, before the expiry of the session In which it is so laid or the session immediately following, the Assam Legislative Assembly agrees In making any modlftcat1on In the rule, every rules or agree that the every rules and regulations should not be made, every rules or regulations shall thereafter have effect only In su<:h rnodltled form or be no effect. as the case may be, so however, that any such modification or annulment shall be without prejudice to the vaUdity of anything previously done under the every rules and regulations.
