A ll contracts relating to the management and administration o f the University shall be expressed to be made by the Executive Council and shall be executed by the Vice- Chancellor when the value o f the contract is above twenty lakhs o f rupees and by the Registrar when its value does not exceed twenty lakhs o f rupees. Eligibility for admission of students
