(1) Subject to the regulations made in this behalf, every other officer or employee o f the University shall be appointed under a written contract setting out the conditions o f service as prescribed by regulations, which shall be lodged with the University and a copy thereof furnished to the officer or employee concerned. (2) Any dispute arising out o f the contract between the University and any o f its officers or employees shall, at the request o f the officer or the employee concerned, or at the instance o f the University, be referred to a Tribunal for arbitration consisting o f three members appointed by the Executive Council in such manner as may be prescribed by the regulations.
