Whoever contr.:wenes,.disobeys or neglects to com- ply with any order made or direction given under sectioni. 2 a1.d 3 of this Act, shall, on conviction, be liable to be punished with imprisonment of eithtr description which may extend to one year or with fine upto one thousand rupee3 or witn both.
