For section 8 of the principal Act, the following shall be substituted, namely:- Amendment "8. The Speaker and the members of his family of section 8 shall be entitled to such medical treatment and benefit of Assamf as may be laid down by rules to be made by the State ActXXVo G 1958 _ :<Overnment. Explanatiur. .-1. For the purpose of this section the expression 'the members of his family' shall mean and include suc:b members as may be prescribed by rules.
