Conveyance and Conveyance Allowance tor the Speaker.-(i} The State Government may, from time to time, purchase and provide suit- able conveyance for the use of the Speaker and may, by rules, provide for their maintenance and repair. (ii) The Speaker shall further be entitled to a conveyance "llowance of rupees two hundred per mensem : Provided that if the Speaker chooses to maintain his own car he shall be entitled to a conveyance allowance of rupees three hundred per mensem.
