(1) The Executive Council '>hall meet at least once in every three months for transaction of its business at such place and time as the Chieffawcutive Councilor may direct. (2) The meeting shall be <~onvened by the Chief Executive Councilor by giving sewn clear days notice in writing to each member of the Executive Council.
