action taken in good faith Opening and 34, closing hours CHAPTER IX MISCELLANEOUS No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against any public servant or any other person serving under the Central or the State Government, acting under direction of any such public servant, for anything in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of the provisions of this Act or of any rule made there under.
