- S. 1(1) This Act may be called the Shillong (execution of Decrees) Act, 1943
- S. 2Section defines "Shillong" as the British part of Khasi and Jaintia Hills District, excluding areas declared as Partially Excluded under the Government of India Order.
- S. 3Any decree passed by a Civil Court decrees for having jurisdiction in Shillong may be aent by execulion
- S. 4Section 4 mandates Civil Courts in Shillong to execute decrees from Central Government or Khasi States courts.
