In section 36 of the principal Act, for the proviso to sub- section (1), the following shall be substimted, namely:- "Providc:d that the Commissioner may, in respect of any particular dealer and for reasons to be recorded in writing. extend the date of pavment of the dues or allow such dealer tJ pay the same hy instalments and in that case the dealer shall not l·e deemed to l::e in default". ~nsertion. of
