(1) The Chancellor, the Vice Chancellor, the Reader and the members of the Court, the Executive Council and the Academic council so long as they continue to hold such office or membership shall constitute a Body Corporate by its name the Assam Rajiv Gandhi University of Co-operative Management. (2) The University shall have perpetual succession and a common seal and shall sue and be sued by that name.
