The University shall have one Development and Maintenance committee with the following persons, namely:- (i) Vice-Chancellor as Chairperson; (ii) Registrar (Administration); (iii) Finance and Accounts Officer; (iv) One member to be nominated by the Executive Council; (v) Security Officer; (vi) Chief Engineer or in his absence Executive Engineer as Member Secretary However, the Committee may co-opt any other officer of the University involyed in the development and maintenance process of the University as Members, if considered necessary. .
