The following shall be the authorities of the University:- (i) the Court; (ii) the Executive Council; (iii) the Academic Council; (iv) the Finance Committee; (v) the Development and Maintenance Committee; (vi) the Selection Committee; THE ASSAM GAZETTE, EXTRAORDINARY. SEPTEMBER 7. 2010 2191 Court (vii) the Custodian Committee; (viii) the Examination Committee; (ix) the Legal Committee; (x) any other Committee formed and declared as the authority of the University by the Executive Council.
