Every Dean shall be appointed in such manner, on such emoluments and other conditions of services and exercise such powers and performs such functions as may be prescribed by the Statutes. (5) Division of work among Registrar (Administration) and Registrar (Academic) shall be done by Vice-Chancellor. (6) Vice-Chancellor in case of necessity may authorize one Registrar to perform the work of other Registrar in the interest of the University.
