The Board of Manage ment The Academic Council Other Authorities (e) to recommend to the sponsoring body about the voluntary liquidation of the university if a situation arises when smooth functioning of the university does not remain possible, inspitc of all efforts; (i) such other powers as may be prescribed by the Statutes. (3) The Governing Body shall meet at least three times in a calendar' year. (4) The quorum for meetings of the Governing Body shall be four.
