(1) The university may, from time to time, prepare its fee structure and send it for approval of the Committee constituted for the purpose under section 29 or any other law for the time being in force. (2) The Committee shall consider the fee structure prepared by the university and if it is satisfied that the proposed fees is- (a) sufficient for- (i) generating resources for meeting the recurring expenditure of the university; and (ii) the savings required for the further development of the university; and .
