(I) Rules The State Government may, by notification to be published in the Official Gazette, make rules for carrying out the provisions of this Act. (2) In particular and without prejudice to the generally of the foregoing power, such rules may provide for all or any of the following matters, namely:- (a) the form and manner in which the License is to be issued under sub-section (1) of section 5; the inquiry to be conducted under sub-section (2) of section 5; terms and conditions subject to which such License is to be issued under sub-section (3) of section 5; fees and conditions of renewal under sub-section (4) of section 5; (e) cancellation and suspension of License under section 6; (f) (b) (c) (d) (g) the form and manner of appeal under sub-section (IXa) of section 9; functions & duties of the Inspectors appointed under section 7 ; other functions and duties of Private Placement Agencies under section 10;and any other matter which may be necessary to achieve the objects of this Act.
