(1) The.'Superintendent shall inform every convicted inmate of . his right to prefer · appeal or application' for revision, suspehsion, remisl:!ion o'r commutation of his ' s~ntence, and of the period within which ·.s1.,1cli appeal or Central Act 2 of 1974 . "i ·. l . application is to be made. •· (2) Any convicted inmate desiring to make an appeal or application as aforesaid shall be granted every reasonable facility for that purpose by the Superintendent, who shall, if such 1inmate is unable to write his appeal or ; . appli~tion, cause his appeal or application to be written by an officer of the prison. .. (3) The .pres~ntation of an appeal or an application for . Central revision to the Superintendent shall, for the purpose of the Act 36 qmitation Act, 1963, be equivalent to presentation to the of 1963 appellate or revisional Court.
