I · 1 i I I l I j , I I I I 1 l I I t i Functions of Jailer (2) The Medical Officer shall report in writing to the Superintendent any matter of ·importance connected with the sanitation in the prison or health and- hygiene of the inmates, together With such . observations and recommendations as he may think proper. (3) Whenever the Medical Officer has reason to i believe that the. physical or mental health of an . inmate is, or is likely t? be, ~njuriously affected by the discipline or treatment to which he is subjected, the Medical Officer shall report the case in writing to the Superintendent, together with such observations and recommendations as he may think proper.
