Application of Act No.XXV of 1867 to the Lushai Hills District.- All the provisions of the Press and Registration of Books Act, 1867 as amended from time to time and the rules made thereunder, subject to any amendments to .which they are for the time bdng subject in the rest of Assam, shall apply to the Lushai Hills District.
