(l)The Commission shall control and supervise, and issue suitable directions to the District Accountability Authorities for their proper functioning. (2) The District Accountability Authorities will assist the Commission in everyway for the proper discharge of the Commission’s functions. (3) Where the Commission considers that any of the conditions laid down in Section 75 read with Section 84(4)of this Chapter for the removal of a member has been fulfilled, it shall be competent to request the State Government to initiate appropriate proceedings against that member of the District Authority.
