In the principal Act, for existing section 14, the following section 14 shall be substituted, namely:- "14. Educational Facilities. - Where the children between the ages of six and fourteen of workers employed in any plantatimi exceed twenty five in number, the State Government may make rules requiring every employer to provide educational facilities for the children in such manner and of such standard as may be prescribed." · S.
