In the principal Act, in section 3,- • f NfK eu 3. • , . 2 v . - , (l) m sub-section (2), (a) in clause (c), for the word “two- third”, appearing in the first line, the w ord s “fourth- fifth shall be substituted. (b) clause (f) shall be omitted ; (ii) for the existing sub-section (5), the following shall be substituted, namely :- "(5) The President of the Zilla Parishad shall be the Ex-Officio Chairman of District Planning Committee." Renomber- 3.
