Amendment jg j n pr jn cipa i Act, in Section 73 , in sub-section (2), Section 73. after the proviso, the following second and third provisos shall be inserted, namely :— “ Provided further that the Deputy Commissioner shall direct the Chief Executive Officer to convene the meeting within seven days from the date cf receipt of ihe request of the members and the Chief Executive Officer shall con­ vene the meeting within fifteen days from the date of re­ ceipt of the direction. The Deputy Commissioner shall preside over such meeting. Ia case of his inability, the Deputy Commissioner shall depute one of the Officers not below the rank of Additional Deputy Commissioner to pre­ side over such meeting.
