In Section 161 of the principal Act,— of Section ( 1) ’n t ^i e marginal note, between the words of** 1959 “ Anchalik Panchayat” and “to” the words “or Mohkuma Parishad” shall be inserted; (2) in the main provision between th e words “ Ancha lik Panchayat” and “may” the words “ or Mohkuma Parishad”shall be inserted ; (3 ) in clause (g), between the words “Anchalik Panchayat” and “ who” the words “or Mohkuma Parishad” shall be inserted.
